Ingredients:
- 1kg Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt 2%
- 500g whipping cream
- 300g powdered sugar
- 300g fruit pieces
Implementation:
- Add the yoghurt in the mixer's bowl
- Add the powdered sugar
- Whip for 3 minutes
- Add the whipping cream
- Whip until thoroughly combined
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Freeze the mixture for 30 minutes
- Remove it from the freezer, add the pieces of fruits and mix
- Leave it in the freezer until it freezes completely
Serving:
- Serve in a bowl for ice cream
- Garnish with pieces of fruits
