Patsavouropita with yogurt

Prepare fast & easily a delicious savory pie with Strained Yogurt, Fresh Milk, Cheese and Semi hard cheese & Feta cheese Koukakis Farm


  • 5-6 pieces of ready dough for traditional pies
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups ricotta
  • 1 KOUKAKIS FARM full fat strained yoghurt 200g
  • 200g KOUKAKIS FARM feta cheese
  • 3 to 4 slices smoked turkey - in pieces -
  • Half cup grated KOUKAKIS FARM semi-hard cheese
  • 2 cups whole KOUKAKIS FARM fresh milk
  • 1 kg. C. Baking powder
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Semolina or breadcrumbs - grated -
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the dough into four and fry in a nonstick pan without oil until they become crispy.
  2. Vibrate lightly the eggs in a bowl
  3. Add the Giza, yogurt, feta cheese and milk.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add the turkey, baking powder, salt, pepper and stir.
  6. In a greased baking dish sprinkle with semolina and add the dough broken into smaller pieces.
  7. Drizzle with a little olive oil and pour over the mixture.
  8. Spread to cover the dough and sprinkle with semi-hard cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with a little oil and bake at 200 degrees in preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes.
  10. Allow 5-10 minutes to cool before serving.
